Content Bloom is a close-knit international company with the headquarters based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia. We’re an enterprise consulting agency who works for big name clients (we’re not the type to name drop, but think ‘known names’ and fortune 500s) using our expertise to build applications and integrate them with enterprise Content Management Systems (primarily SDL Tridion, Sitecore, and AEM). We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator who would report to the AIQ (Architecture, Innovation, and Quality) Manager.

Qualifications - What you need to get the job:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field of study
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work virtually (with Slack and Zoom)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter, responsible, reliable - demonstrate the ability to manage deadlines and see tasks through to completion
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including the full Office suite
  • Experience with database design and general web knowledge
  • Experience with web applications such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Jira, Asana, Basecamp, etc.
  • Video editing skills and experience with Wordpress are considered strong assets
  • Canadian Citizenship or authorization to work within Canada
  • Passion for what you do (This is not optional!)

Responsibilities - What you’ll do once you get the job (after you celebrate):

  • Assist the AIQ Manager in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities
  • Communicate with various stakeholders to capture requests for work, or provide information to help develop case studies.
  • Conduct internal evaluations of client projects
  • Lead on the organization and audit of internal data systems
  • Manage a library of training materials including collecting, categorizing, and editing internally-recorded videos
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, staff allocation, and work hours
